HAYES - Interim edition!!

We will get a full entry for Hayes up here very soon folks- meantime a very basic entry to keep you from expiring in this part of west London where real ale has to be sniffed out rather more determinedly!

The nearest decent real ale can be found at the BOTWELL INN , 25-29 Coldharbour lane, about a 10 minute walk from the ground. From the station through the pedestrianised town centre, a bright and airy good beer Guide listed Wetherspoons with a nice stained glass ceiling feature in the no-smoking area. Stocks the usual beers plus 2-3 guests.

About 10 mins by car from the ground at Colham Green, try the CROWN, a small Fullers pub with London Pride and ESB.
